Hello and nice meeting you!

I'm Yuko, an artist, multi-passionate and experimentalist. My mission is to bring love and kindness wherever I go and whatever I show up. Being an artist have opened up so many doors for me to embody that.

In 2024, my painting journey started after spending two weeks in the ICU for a ruptured brain aneurysm. Painting has been my sacred space ever since. (Read more about this on W42St.NYC)

Originally from Aomori - 青森, Japan.

Moved to Los Angeles in 2003, then to New York in 2013.

Creating art is just like writing a love letter. Music, Singing, Theatre, Photography, Filmmaking and now painting. Art is a language. Art is an invitation. Art is a way for communication and healing. Art is us. And we are all artist, or Artist, in our own unique way.
